Who it’s for

For restaurant and cafe owners, managers and staff working in an already-configured venue.

Venue tables

Configured staff can inspect the venue's table plan in the dashboard.

Order status

The Orders screen organizes service work by status for the selected venue.

Reservations

Authorized staff have a reservations screen. Public guest booking and QR ordering are planned features.

02 / Workflow

A starting point

    Check access first

    Read the current onboarding notice. Existing staff can open the dashboard for their configured venue.

  2. 02

    Get a view of service

    Choose your venue and open Tables, Orders or Reservations for the part of service you need to see.

  3. 03

    Follow an order

    Use the venue's order list to see an existing order's service status. If no venue is configured, setup must be resolved before service work.

Before you start

Check the current access notice before starting. New users may encounter the waitlist, and signing in alone does not create a restaurant or staff role.

Does the onboarding form create my restaurant?

New venue provisioning is not complete. A sign-in or completed form is not confirmation that a venue and owner role exist.

Can guests order by QR code or book through a public theme?

Those guest-facing flows are planned. They are not part of the current staff-screen presentation.

Prepare a wedding invitation and organize guest replies and seating. The invitation editor provides phone and desktop previews while you work.

Prepare an event invitation, build an agenda and manage guest replies. Hosts return to the same event for planning and attendance work.

Record the training you complete and keep your exercise history with your programs. Trainers have a separate Studio for client work.
